Till 2019, a general category candidate had to secure 520+ marks in neet to be assured of admission in a government medical college. In 2020, however, aiims and jipmer will also be added along, which means more colleges, so, the exact marks can not be predicted right now. Give your best, if you get a rank of less than 20k, you can be assured of a seat. All the best!
