Since you did not mention your category I am assuming that you are of general category. Now, cut off varies every year depending on the number of seats available and the total number of seats available.
As per the current trends, a marks of 690 and above can get you any seat you want. You can choose the college according to your wish. By the year 2020 this range may rise.
For admission to GMC, Trivandrum, last year it closed at a state merit rank of 400 under 85% State Quota in Kerala which corresponds to marks around 590-620.
