If you want to pursue Bachelors degree in psychology you will have study English as a core subject in your 10+2 / higher secondary education. Regarding the cut off marks, it will be different for different colleges/ universities. I would advice you to look into the past cut offs/ last ranks of your preferred college. Hope this helps
