There is no free seats....A minimum amount is required in every medical college...
For getting in the top 10 medical college in India your score must be more 600

For top 10 medical colleges in India through AIQ Seat you must score 650+.

For your kind info, no seat is free you need to pay a semester charge which will be in thousands along with admission and other charges.
