There is no pass or fail here. Understand the goal of giving the exam is getting admitted to a deemed university for your graduation courses.

Be it for engineering/medical courses, you need to clear the minimum cutoff as set by the specific college to get admitted in the particular course/branch. So say if you get 50/200 you may not get ECE / CS in any Mumbai based colleges.

The cutoffs of some colleges are very hard to crack and generally do not fall below a certain limit. Like for VJTI CS, I have never seen the cutoff go below 160(counseling round). Similarly for mechanical in KJ has never been below 145(counseling round).

So, understand it's not an exam to pass or fail but to clear the bare minimum cutoff set by the respective college where you want to get admitted.
