In 12th science (PCM), you just need to pass class 12th to appear for JEE Main. However, for admission to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs through JEE Main exam, you need to have 75% (Gen Cat) and 65% for Reserved category in 5 subjects in class 12th.
There is no set cutoff to qualify JEE Main. You just need to check the cutoff of JEE Main
