JEE Main qualifying cut off score is given in terms of percentile scores. Every year the qualifying cut off percentile is subjected to change depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
In 2020 the JEE Main qualifying cut off percentile was as follows category wise
- General:90.3765335
- OBC-NCL:72.8887969
- EWS:70.2435518
- SC:50.1760245
- ST:39.0696101
- PWD:0.0618524
The expected cut off percentile for JEE Main 2021 is as follows
- General: 90-95
- EWS/OBC-NCL: 70-75
- SC: 50-55
- ST:40-45
- PWD: 1-2
The candidates scoring the cut off percentile or above are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
