IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee offer Architecture course. Admission to the course is done on the basis of the marks scores in JEE Advanced AAT.

Candidates have to qualify JEE Advanced to apply for AAT. The cutoff required for admission varies every year depending on several factors. You can check the previous year cutoff for reference and to have an idea about the marks required for reference
