JEE Advanced Previous Year Rank Analysis
Last year, around 156,000 applicants registered for JEE Advanced entrance of which 147,678 appeared for the test.
JEE Advanced rank list includes only those candidates who have appeared in both papers I andII of the entrance exam.
In 2016, IITsadmitted 10,575 students at B.Tech level based onJEE Advanced Result.
IIT Kharagpur admits (1,341) highest number of students followed by IIT BHU (1,090).
The IITs prepared nine rank lists caste and reservation wise including general, OBC, SC, ST, PWD category.
Last year, a general category student was required to score a minimum of 75 marks of 372 to get a rank. It was 67 marks for OBC applicants and 38 for SC/ ST category candidates.
