There is just 1 Medical College in Meghalaya and that is North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences. This is a Government Medical College and the admissions are conducted through NEET. 15% of the seats are filled by All India Counselling and the rest 85% are filled by State Counselling.
