You can attempt the mainly three exams for govt medical college in india.

1. NEET - Neet is the main exam for entrance in medical college of India as well as foreign and after exam you can register for many other exams AFMC,  IPU, BHU, AMU etc..

2. AIIMS - Aiims exam is for leading institute of India it's 7  AIIMS including aiims delhi

3. Jipmer - it's for Jipmer institute of pondicherry

For admission in Medical colleges 3 entrances tests are conducted at national level for MBBS

1. NEET- for admission to all Medical colleges in India except AIIMS and JIPMER. All medical colleges other than these two accept NEET scores for admission

2. AIIMS- for admission in all AIIMS campuses.

3. JIPMER- for admission in all JIPMER campuses.
