If your percentile is 95 or above it means you are going to good engineering college like nits either you are belongs to any category

Hi there,
As according to new pattern of jee mains your percentile matters which depend on the difficulty level of the paper of that date. So you can not go for any specific marks as a target. But according to the analysis of previous year you should at least score 220 marks if you want admission in top Nits.
