It is very difficult to tell the exact number of students who have scored 300 and more marks in NEEt from Tamil Nadu. The number of students with same marks and how they are given preference on the basis of their individual subject score and percentile score is very important to understand. This will help you in understanding the seat allotment process which is done after the registration and college preference filling process. You need to consider your own score and rank in order to predict if you will get admission in the government colleges in your state that is Tamil Nadu (assumeed).  The cut off marks for open category is usually 400 and above. For Reserved Category the cut off is less than 400 therefore, if your score is close to 300 you might have chances of admission in medical colleges of Tamil Nadu.
