Dear aspirant,
You will require minimum of 98 percentile to get into top NITs and IIITs and if you are aiming for top branches like Computer Science, Information Technology, then you might even need 99 and above. 99 Percentile is roughly 10000 rank which is a decent rank to get into top NITs.
