How many questions from exemplar appear in KCET? Is it important?

Dear Aspirant,
You should study from exemplar as well but don't expect exact questions in the exam. May be similar questions can appear in the exam. But you should just focus more on practice. To answer your question it's not compulsory or very important to study from exemplar. Only if you want to practice more then it's a good source.
