How many questions the question paper has ?

IPU CET exam which will be held in the offline mode for 2 hours 30 min for all B.Tech programmes except B.Tech Biotechnology programme which happens for 3 hours.

The paper for all B.Tech programmes will have a total of 150 questions whereas the paper for B.Tech Biotechnology will have total 200 questions. The question paper of IPU CET 2018 will carry objective type or Multiple Answer Type Questions (MCQs). Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks, while for each incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted. Unattempted questions will be awarded zero.

IPU CET 2018 paper for all B.Tech programmes will have total marks of 600, while the candidates taking IPU CET 2018 B.Tech Biotechnology paper will be allotted questions out of 800 marks.
