There's no such criteria mentioned by CBSE that you need to achieve a particular score to join Science stream after completing class 10th. But yes, the school in which you study, may have set Some score for you to achieve in order to get Science stream in class 11th and 12th. This purely depends on school. But, you can choose whatever stream you want to pursue after 10th once you pass the class.
