There are generally one round as in once all the online procedure are done there is one round of counseling regarding the fees and document submissions and after that there is no counseling it's just that there are sometimes vacancy so to full fill those seats there is counseling but that is all together different not necessary that all the nlus conduct it, it's just for those who have vacancies.
