Shailendra, there are approximately 95,000 MBBS seats available for admission through NEET score across India. Last year as many as 5,000 MBBS seats were added to accomodate EWS reservation and we had few MBBS colleges coming up in States like West Bengal, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir. Now, for the Academic year 2020, the Central Government has approved 26 new Medical Colleges which means the total will go up by approximately 2600 assumong each College only gets 100 seat intake. Now unlike last year all Colleges will have to accomodate EWS reservation which means the number of seats will atleast go higher by another 10,000 approximately. And AIIMS and JIPMER also will conduct their admission through NEET which adds approximately another 1700 seats. This is approximately a total of 1,15,000 MBBS seats across all reservations in Government, Private, Deemed/Central Medical Colleges.

In 2019 -20, 10,565 UG seats and 2,153 PG seats have been increased. As per the official data by the Medical Council of India (MCI), as many as 272 MBBS colleges offers a total of 41,388 government medical seats through NEET 2020. While, using NEET scores, 76,928 medical seats will be offered in 532 government as well as private colleges of India.
