How many seats are there in EWS category for nits in 2019. I have got 6000 rank in ews category. Can i get into nits???? My home state is WB

there was no ews category previous year so please tell something new so that our doubts can get cleared. actually i am also under ews category with 20958 rank in jee mains and 80 percentile. am i eligible to get into an nit or iiit for cse branch ?
