Hello,
almost 85% of seats are reserved for state counselling i.e. for candidates who holds domicile state quota. Rest percentage goes for reservation category and open category. In Government funded colleges, candidates having state quota get high privilage to get an admission in good branch.
seat matrix is impossible to say as one state has so many colleges and seat matrix is not given for different streams.
