Hey,
Around 95,235 seats in 198 government and private engineering colleges in the State this year. And, 92,184 seats are available in private engineering colleges whereas in 14 university colleges, the 3,055 seats are available.

Hey,
The number of engineering seats inTelangana observed a rise this year with the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H) granting affiliation to 169 colleges against 174 granted last year. As against 81,186 seats available to candidates during 2017-18 academic year, there are 84,124 seats up for grabs this time around.

How many M.Tech seats are there for Mechanical.

With your marks in TS PGECET for mechanical, we can predict that you rank would be between 11K to 14K.
Sorry to say but with this rank you may not be able to get into any prominent government colleges.
Try for other private colleges through management quota.

Sorry to say Indrajeet but your rank is not that good for Government Engineering College Bilaspur.
Even you are a aspirant with a schedule cast still there is no seat for people with this rank for Civil Engineering in this college.
