Hello,
every college have 100 seats for every stream or branch of engineering. There are 3300 + engineering colleges in India. so it will be 3,30,000 + seats available for CSE branch across India. top colleges for engineering is IIT then NIT, BITs(private college) then IIIT then GFIT then private college and universities.
high scope of learning is available in IITs where they also work in research field and help government to deal or tackle problems.
