Hi,
It is expected that more than 15 lakh candidates will register for the exam.The exact number is not published till now.

I would like to tell you that in NEET 2019 Number of Applicants was 15,19,375 whereas Number of Appeared Candidates 14,10,754.
It is expected that, with the merging of AIIMS and JIPMER admissions, the number of NEET applicants are expected to be more than 15 lakhs in NEET 2020.
