Information Technology deals with the retrieving, storing, managing data. The subjects involved in Information Technology are Computer organization, c language, java, data structures, software testing, cloud computing, computer graphics, digital logic and design, network programming, AI, etc.

Hello Vishnupriya, The number of subjects varies for each college during each year of the course. In the 1st year, there are basic subjects like Engineering mathematics, Engineering Physics, Engineering Chemistry, Programming in C. But from the 2nd year, the course subjects take over. There are subjects like Data Structure, Database Management System, Logic Design and Structure, File Structure, Operating System.
