Hello,
You can give JEE Advanced twice, first time when you appeared for your class 12th boards examination, whereas second time will be considered the very next year after class 12th boards examination. You can appear for JEE Mains thrice. You can give improvement examination the very next year of your Class 12th CBSE boards examination and if you get an aggregate of at least 75 percentage, you would be eligible for admission in NITs and IITs depending upon your performance in JEE.
