There is no restriction to appear in CLAT. You can appear in the Common Law Admission Test as many as times you want irrespective of your age. For more information on CLAT 2019, click on the link given below -

Hi,
For now, there's no limit on the number of attempts for CLAT-UG or CLAT-PG. The only limitation is age bar, which I don't believe has been placed in CLAT-2018.
