I am from BITS pilani. You need to do your PCM well to score above 250.but if you are wishing for a good score like 350+ then your English should be good as well

Well, you need to be very thorough with NCERT books.
But I would suggest you to go for ARIHANT COMPREHENSIVE BOOK FOR BITSAT.
It is the best book for BITSAT preparation.
