All those who qualify JEE main cut off are eligible for appearing in JEE advanced and j EE main qualifying cut off is such that only 2,50,000 students become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced examination.
But yes, not all the student who are eligible for JEE advanced examination after qualifying jee main appear in Jee advanced ,some choose not to appear.
For example,
in jee advanced 2020 , only 1,50,838 student had appeared in JEE advanced 2020 examination.

If I tell you about qualifying cut off marks to be eligible for JEE advanced then
It's quite difficult to predict jee mains 2021 cut off, as cut off percentile for jee mains keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc.
But yes,
on analysing previous year cutoff of JEE Mains, JEE mains 2021 expected qualifying CUT OFF percentile is given below for different categories:

From above we can see that, in 2020, a general category student required a minimum of 90.3765335percentile to qualifying JEE mains 2020 to be eligible for JEE advanced examination

But yes, to get a seat in good colleges like NITs ,you should target at least around 150 marks.
