How mother prepare antibody against Rh antigen?

It generally happens when the mother is Rh- and the baby she carries is Rh+. The Rh antigens in baby pass into mothers blood during delivery(mailnly)or placental route to incite a foreign reaction as mother do not have any such antigen. This leads to formation of antibodies. But the first child is sparred as he is already delivered.

Now if a 2nd fetus is born, the antibodies present in mothers blood will react with antigen in that of foetus to cause Ag-Ab reaction and complications henceforth.
