Since you have not mentioned any particular stream's name or any particular name of any school, I will provide a generalized answer here.

Most of the schools provide admission to students in 12th boards in Science, Commerce or Humanities stream if the student has passed in 10th boards. This is the minimum eligibility criteria for getting a seat. Now, if you score more than 80% in 10th boards, then it is always considered as meritorious marks so you will get admission easily. Having said that, few private schools ask for donation fee no matter how much marks you have got & few schools do not ask for any donation fee so it depends totally on the authorities of the institute. But, if you get more than 80% in 10th board from any recognized board, then there's a good chance of getting a free seat in schools.
