Yes, you are and will be eligible  for IBPS PO exam, as the age limit for a candidate taking the exam is 30 years. There is also age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC (OBC Non-Creamy Layer), PWD, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of 1-1-1980 to 31-12-1989, Persons affected by 1094 riots, Regular Employees of Union Carbide Factory. The age relaxation ranges from 5-10 years, depending on the category.
