Many online platforms have their own percentile and rank predictors for various exams. You can trust careers360 rank and percentile predictor for the exam you are looking for. The predicted rank/percentile is more or less based on your own attempts that you inserted. So, if your attempts are correct, then the predictor will predict correctly.

Rank predictor are based on the previous year results and the level of exams and the review of the students.
So different predictor have their own base criteria so we can not say that how much it is accurate because anything can happen ; rank will depend upon the other students and their preparation.
But generally rank predictor are accurate upto the 10 percent ( not always and all ).
Rank preducpre only gives you a prediction and his opinion not the result .
