Good that you have shown an interest in CLAT and more than that you have put forward a question.

CLAT is the Common Law Admission Test for admissions to around 2300 seats on offer across the 19 National Law Universities (NLUs) for the five-year integrated law programmes.

Coming to your question, I hope you have mistaken CLAT as one of the job recruitment exam which is exactly not as such. If you qualify the national level law exam, CLAT, you will be offered a seat in one of the NLUs from where you can pursue your BA LLB programme and start a career in law.

Hope this clarifies much of your confusion.
