How much cutoff we need for forestry and any other exams are there?
Hello,
As per your requirement, i would say that the cut off for such courses is not fixed.
Icar aieea ug exam has to be given which is dine to give admission to such courses like vetenary, agriculture, horticulture, forestry etc.
Getting a seat depends on students to sear ratio, cut off, your marks, reservation of caste if any, preffered college etc.
No of seats vary as per course, so whichever course you want, you need to check the specefic no of seats for that course and its previous trends cut off to get an idea.
You need to have a good rank within 2k to get admission in any of these courses.
- OBC candidates: 40 % Marks
- General candidates: More than 50% Marks
- SC/ST/PWD candidates: 40% marks
- 12th class passed from PCM or PCB.
Goof luck.
Hello Student,
Some institutes conduct their own entrance tests for offering admission. Candidates who have qualified the All India Entrance Exam of ICAR are eligible for admission to agricultural universities that offers forestry course. Admission Process A few institutes also provide direct admission based on the candidate's score at the 10+2 level. Admission process is based on Counselling after qualification of entrance examination. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Candidates appearing in their final 10+2 exams are also eligible to apply for the course on provisional basis.
