Hey student,
Since you have not mentioned any college I'll consider it as general.
Average semester fees for a college can varry from 5 thousand to 3 lakhs a semester.
there are two exams in one year and the studies of all the semesters are different. The fees is also charges semester wise in some colleges/universities. This means that one academic year has been divided into two halves.
