The cutoff depends on various factors like no. Of students appeared, difficulty level of question paper, availability of seats.
To get a government BHMS seat through all india quota in SC category you have have to score around 480 marks and for state quota around 390 to be on safe side.

Hello aspirant ,As i can see that you interested in doing BHMS from a government college.
So for doing that the criteria for marks according to previous years is to score 340+ marks
You have to score marks abovr 340 in NEET in order to get into a govt. College for BHMS course in SC category.
This will put you on a safe side.
