As there are only 10,000 seats available in the IITs, you need to compulsorily get a rank below 10,000.Since you belong to general category and other categories are preferred during the counselling a maximum of 2000-2500 rank can give you a seat in good IITs.Happy preparation.All the best

That solely depends on the examination paper setter. We cannot predict about the number of questions,total marks of the paper and even marks for each question.
There might not be negative marking for every section and some sections can have partial marking.
Anything can be predicted but JEE Advanced cannot be predicted
