Hello,
Cut off depends the college, state number of seats available, difficulty of exam etc.To have decent chances of getting seat in Government Medical College you need to score minimum 580 or above.Here is the 15% AIQ cut off in 2019 for GMCs statewise

Please mention the college or region in which you are looking for government Medical College. So if we consider the overall score needed to get admission in general category would be to score more than 550 marks .
