For central government scholarship schemes for EBC
Pre Matric schemes
Annual income should be equal or less than 1 lakh
Post Matric schemes
Annual income should be equal or less than 2 lakhs
For higher education
Income should be equal to or less than 4.5 lakhs from all sources.
Telangana government schemes for EBC
Income should be equal or less than 1.5 lakhs for students of rural areas.
Income should be equal to or less than 2 lakhs for students of urban areas.
Note: All income is considered annually for both parents.

Hello Shaik,
As per the analysis, your parent's salary should be below 8 lakhs per annum in order to be eligible for BC-B minority. Backward classes infact are not minorities, rather used by the government to classify educationally disadvantaged people.
