Hi,

NEET exam fees is as follows-

general- 1500/-

OBC- 1400

SC/ST - 800/-

As you are a fresher, start reading the NCERT books thoroughly. Make sure to learn the concepts from it. NCERT is the heart of the exam. Apart from these, use some books like universal self scorer to practice the sample papers and questions. When you are done with it, you can go ahead to some books which has lot of other information of the basics of NCERT books. You can take the help of youtube channels which provide study material for free.
