hey,
as you have not mentioned any colleges name fees of which are you asking about , you need to mention college name to know fee structure of that particular college , however for your help here i am telling you average fee structure of B.A fashion designing that is INR 1,000 to 5 lakhs (depends on the college).

Almost every eminent fashion colleges asks a minimum of Rs 70,000 per semester going upto a maximum in Pearl academy to over Rs 3,00,000 per semester. Fashion Design is a course of 4 years. So, the total fee structure can vary from Rs 10,00,000 to Rs 20,00,000. Yet this is something which is somewhat dependent on the college.
