JEE Main Application fee is same for General category and General EWS category so if you change the category during the correction period you do not have to pay any extra fee. But if you change the choice of paper by choosing to appear for more than one paper that is Paper 1 or Paper 2A (B.Arch) or Paper 2B (B.Planning) then you have to pay the extra fee as specified. If you just want to change the category you do not have to pay any fee. You can change the category by logging in the candidate login portal. The correction window is available from January 27, 2021 to January 30, 2021.
