Coming to all India quota state has 85% access to medical seats and 15% for all India eligibility.... So all you need to look after is just make sure that your rank matches with the no.of seats available in all India or in the state....by that you can easily get through it and coming to your mark the chances for you to get into all India is very mild but don't loose hope attend the counciling....
