Dear,

It's difficult to say about marks.. Because it's depends on the toughness of paper.. Which are asked in neet exam.

But if you see previous results of neet... You should gain 600 + marks...

As per the previous year, In order to score a rank under 1000, You should have more than 600 in NEET Entrance Exam. It can vary as per the difficulty level of the exam, Total candidates appeared in the exam etc.
