Index Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Indore gives admission on the basis of NEET score.  Last year cut off for undergraduate degree is , for UR Category is (As , there is not explicitly stated any cut off for EWS Category) :

Qualifying Percentile : 50th Percentile and Cutoff scores : 701-134

For Post graduate course :

Qualifying Percentile : 44th Percentile and Cutoff scores : 313

Cut off is different for each college.So there it is difficult to predict but based on previous years cut off trend candidates with rank in top 1900 could secure seats in various government colleges in various states. In Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi the cut off rank was 32 for 15% AIQ seat.In Pt.Bhagawat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak the cut off was 1825.So by this if you score 650 or above you have decent chances of getting seat in a government medical college.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
