You have not mentioned your query clearly as we are not able to understand that about which exam you are asking. Generally general caste suffer a lot in reservation system. The cutoff of general category is high from the other category. Please mention the name of the college or university.

Hey Abhishek.
If you belong to the general category, you would Require marks atleast above 500 in NEET to take admission for MBBS in a government medical college under the state quota and you would Require marks atleast above 560 to take admission in a government medical college under the All India quota. The cut off varies from state to state. So it will also depend on which state's domicile you have.
