It depends on how muchtime they spend on the preparation.
If a person focus only on the few important chapters and try to solve numericals from any of the books and use to pratice it daily,then they can easily score good marks.
You have already learnt many topics in 11th and you are studying many topics in 12th,so its a time to just revise it continuously.
