Hello,
In 2017, the cutoff for NDA II for written exam was 258 (With at least 25% marks in each subject) while the final cutoff was 624. To qualify each section of exam candidates will have to secure at least 25 %. However, this qualifying marks also varies year-wise.

You need a minimum of 30% in your maths paper so that your next paper of General Science can be checked. And give your best in both the papers.

You should possess atleast 350 marks.
