Hi Shibaan, hope you are doing well, the cutoff for B.Arch courses is 50% of the total marks. If you are able to get above 70%, you can get a seat in one of the finest institutions in India offering B.Arch. If your rank is in top 500 you can easily get into the top NITs like NIT Trichy, SPA Delhi.
